Bombardino

Between one descent and the other on the slopes of the Dolomites, to drink and warm up the most famous drink is the famous Bombardino, a drink based on warm zabaglione, brandy, coffee and cream.

The recipe of the Bombardino varies according to the areas, it originates in Livigno, but now it is widespread in many ski resorts.

Legend has it that a young Genoese, whose name is certainly not, turned his back to the sea to go and live in the mountains. After a long period as Officer of the Alpini he was given the management of the Mottolino refuge.
