We are at the dawn of the twentieth century, when in the valleys of the majestic Dolomites, during the months of May and June, a custom sees the light: the collection of small and white elderflowers to create a delicious syrup that bears their own name. Elderflower, water, lemons and sugar are the ingredients that, harmonized with care, give life to a nectar that delights the senses and, at the same time, gives energy and refreshes, perfect for satisfying every person, regardless of age. They are natural elements, grown and developed in uncontaminated territories, expertly mixed and left to rest without haste.

As our ancestors teach us, the syrup is then diluted in water for the younger ones and in wine for the more mature ones.
